The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal Hotel, Abu Dhabi

I had a really disappointing experience during check-in at this hotel. The room wasn’t ready even after the designated time, and the communication from the staff was lacking. However, once we settled in, there were some great aspects like the magnificent pool area and friendly staff. The hotel seems luxurious on the surface, but the check-in experience and issues with Wi-Fi really made it a less enjoyable stay overall.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, where everything from the spacious and beautifully styled rooms to the fabulous amenities made my experience memorable. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, especially during the New Year's Eve Gala which was out of this world. However, there were some minor issues with billing during checkout that were a bit frustrating. Overall, it was a luxury experience well worth the value.

I had an enjoyable stay overall, with excellent facilities and service at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel. However, I was disappointed with the dining prices, which felt overly extravagant, and the distance from the lobby to my room was a bit much. The location had its charm, but the intense heat limited my outdoor experience.
